HOW TO PLAY
1 Click the "Host Game" button from either the top navigation bar or the home page, and configure your desired game settings.
2Once your game settings are configured, click "Continue". You’ll be taken to the game lobby, where you and your friends can join from different devices using the room code displayed at the top of the screen. Make sure all players can see the host's screen for the duration of the game.
3In the lobby, click on the avatar of the player you'd like to be the game host. Note: The selected host won’t be able to buzz in—instead, they will read questions aloud, mark answers as correct or incorrect, and keep the game fun!
4 Once a host is selected and everyone has joined, click "Start" at the bottom of the screen to begin. You won’t need to interact with the screen again until the game ends.
1 Once the game starts and you have been selected as the host, your screen will be different from everyone else’s and should not be seen by anyone else.
2 The first screen you see is a preview of the next question and the prevous question's correct answer, allowing you to read and prepare before revealing it.
3 When you’re ready to begin, click the "Reveal to Players" button to show the question to everyone on the main screen.
4 After revealing the question, a new screen will show you the current question and a "Skip" button in case you want to skip it manually.
5 Once a player buzzes in, your screen will display the question, the correct answer, and the name of the player who buzzed.
6 Ask that player for their answer out loud, then press either "Correct" or "Incorrect" on your screen.
7 If the answer is correct, you will return to the question preview screen to prepare the next question.
8 If the answer is incorrect and "Buzz Order Retries" is enabled, a button will appear allowing the next person who buzzed to try answering.
9 The same question and answer will be shown again, with the next player's name visible, and the process repeats until someone gets it right.
10 If "Buzz Order Retries" is disabled, an incorrect answer will immediately return you to the preview screen to continue with the next question.
11 If a question is stolen by another player, their name will replace the original player on the your answer screen and they will be given a chance to answer.
12After the final question is answered, your screen will display a “Reveal Winner” button to transition to the end-of-game results screen.
1Once the game starts, you'll see your score and placement (like 1st, 2nd, etc.) at the top of your screen.
2Below that is a large “Buzz” button, which you can use to buzz in when you know the answer.
3Once the host reveals a question, it will appear on the main game screen for all players to view.
4There is a short 0.5 second grace period after the question is shown to allow the host time to read it aloud.
5If you buzz in during the grace period, your buzzer will be timeout for 2 seconds before you can try again.
6Buzzing in after the grace period secures your place in the answer queue, and you’ll get a chance to respond if you're first or buzz answer retries is enabled in the game settings.
7Avoid spamming the buzzer as each click results in a 2 second timeout before being able to buzz again
